Weekend Wisdom: Trust Your Instinct

by Evelyn on June 27, 2008

Ralph

Following my last post on inviting you to make the science behind your thoughts a study, here’s a thought for you for the weekend:
Wisdom is an unfolding that starts with an instinct.

Follow your hunch if you believe that something may just be true – and you may be pleasantly surprised!!

Can I add something to that, Evelyn?

Wisdom is an unfolding that starts with an instinct…

And it is fully realized through Inspired Action ;)

Confusion is the birth-process of wisdom

Love that! This is why I’m such a proponent of intuitive development … it is how we harness that inner wisdom, instinct made conscious and available at all times.

Blessings,
Andrea

Thank you for this idea. I do need to learn to trust my instincts more. I’m curious… how do you avoid cynicism? It’s really hard for me to avoid it.

Ralph Waldo Emerson has written some amazing stuff – love the quote.

And I think your statement is very true. – Robin

@SaiF, love your proposed ending!

@TDMV, how true! Provided we don’t stay in the web of confusion and instead, seek for clarity…LOL!

@Andrea, kind of guess you would love that quote!

@Vered, the problem with a lot of us is that we do not seek to understand why we feel a certain way. The discomfort is an indicative sign that we need to go deeper into our subconscious levels to uncover its roots. Instead, most of the time, we just choose to stay in the same state and not face our problems, fears or indications.

@Robin, don’t we all love his quotes? Amazing stuff in just a few lines!

This reminds me of Kung Fu Panda. I saw it this weekend based on what you said about it, and it was great!
