Silva Mind Control For Problem Solving

by Evelyn on December 22, 2007

Silva Mind Control is particularly good for problem solving. From discussions with my various friends on the difficulties that they are facing right now, my gut tells me that this system would be extremely useful for them. Hence, I thought I’d write a post on what Silva Mind Control involves. Hopefully, this post can help to demystify what it is and involves.

Silva Mind Controluses an active meditative process. Meditation is a process of increased concentration on an object or simply on keeping the mind still. The benefits of the practice can bring about a higher state of consciousness.

There are two types of meditation; active and passive. For passive meditation, it is the process of looking inward and letting go of outside interferences. In a passive meditative state, peace and calm is usually experienced in this heighted state. Although meditation is usually associated with eastern religions, it need not be a religious practice, since the process involved is simply sitting quietly, with eyes closed, going deeply into an unconscious state and clearing your mind of thoughts.

Silva Mind Control goes beyond passive meditation. The method enables you to use the peaceful and relaxed state of mind to solve every day problems and to look for solutions. If you experience difficulty in making decisions or feel that you are a crossroads at a conscious level, then Silva Mind Control is a powerful technique that can help.

It is a fact that your conscious mind (usually in the waking state of your normal life) just makes up 10% of total mind power. If you access your subsconscious mind, you would be tapping into the other 90%. Wouldn’t you be missing out on a lot of your mind power for problem solving if you left the subsconscious mind unused? Silva Mind Control allows you the benefits of whole brain thinking; the access of both left (conscious) and right (subconscious) brain hemispheres to reach your goals.

In this regard, the Silva Mind Control can help in improving memory, heal, as well as get rid of undesirable bad habits. It is also possible to use the Silva mind control to achieve higher spiritual goals.

For Silva Mind Control techniques to work, you must first have the faith that it will work. Faith is made up of subjective energies such as desire, belief and expectancy; and is backed by recognition, practise and action.

Desire

Belief

Expectancy

Recognition

Practice

Action

Hence, for problem solving, you must want to solve the problem in the first place. It cannot be that you merely “wish” for a solution but your desire must be strong. You also need to believe in yourself and in your right to have what you seek. You must also expect that the answers and the solution will come to you. Once you have these elements in place, you can then employ the visualization techniques as taught by the Silva Mind Control method to manifest what you want.

Here’s my secret insight into how to make Silva Mind Control work better. I’ve been religiously practised Silva Mind Control everyday. My desire is strong in finding a solution to some of my problems. Yet at the same time, some of the answers I sought have not revealed themselves.

That’s when it hit upon me that even though my desire has been strong and that I have put in the effort to practise, I still had some negative beliefs. Some of these range from “I am not sure if I can recognise the solution when it surfaces”, “I am not sure if I am worthy of abundance”, etc.

So what to do? Use EFT, emotional freedom technique, to get rid of all the negative programming.

One cannot be done without the other. Both EFT and Silva Mind Control has to go hand-in-hand for manifestations to come true. Some EFT work to address your deeper issues and negative programming is necessary first, no doubt.

Using EFT after some time, you will begin, as I have, to feel more positive about things. This is the best time to introduce Silva Mind Control. From smaller wins to bigger ones, it is possible to manifest virtually anything you or I desire.

I’ve been wanting to find out more about Silva Mind Control and EFT. Good to read about it here. Thank you. Is there a preferred time/location to practice the Silva Mind Control method?

It’s interesting to read your snippet about the combination of EFT and Silva Method.
Can you give a more detailed example of how it is more effective together? I think if you can share a real example of how u combine the two , it’ll be much more powerful and clearer.

Do you do both everyday?

Amazing technique shared Evelyn,

Does draw some parallel to hypnotism that I’ve been investigating.

Hi Alvin, if the situation calls for it, I will apply whichever technique that is most suitable. So it can be that I do both EFT and Silva on the same day. EFT is very effective when you notice that you have a negative thought and you apply it immediately. So do not wait!

Hi Wil, it is very hard to say how long it will take. Everyone’s journey is not the same. It also depends on how much belief, your desires and what negative thoughts lying already in your subconscious mind. But it is important to start. Some days, it may seem like you are not progressing much. Other days, it may seem that you are taking a giant leap forward. But all in all, over a period, with diligence and practice, you can feel that you are getting somewhere because you feel better and better.

Hope the above helps,
Evelyn

Is it possible to change another persons habits. I have used the Silva method in the past and it does work. I am a bit hesitent to try it for the good of someone else…….

Hello Sylvia,

Change is best applied to oneself. We can change the energy that we exude and in our interactions with the world. When we change our inner state of BEing, our relationships also get affected positively.
