		<description>I&#039;ve heard good things about NLP but I still think you need to synergise that with what your body truly needs (for the sake of disease prevention).  

When your diet is full of superfoods (not talking about drugs or slimming pills, etc), you don&#039;t need to eat a lot and your cravings for tidbits will reduce dramatically and naturally (+ exercise of course).

Superfoods are right under our noses: organic fruits and vegetables, aloe vera, flaxseed powder (I mix it into my drink), spirulina (best form of calcium that does not produce the kind of calcium that cows&#039; milk is responsible for in diseased hearts, etc) and so on.

True abundance is in your health and the things you do for yourself and others in good health.  Especially for your loved ones.</description>
