Planet Of Dreams

Hopes for a Green Earth

As a co-creator of the Universe, you are every bit a designer and an architect. Your consciousness that transcends beyond time and space, drew the beauty that you see around you on this planet, amongst others. Your thoughts manifested into reality the bloom of spring flowers, the sunshine of the first dawn, the magnificent colors of a rainbow, the invigorating rush of a mountain waterfall and the gentle drizzle that washes Earth anew every now and then.

The power to make dreams into physical manifestations resides in you. It is accomplished for all matter in the Universe is made up of energy and they are all vibrating at various frequencies. You create through the thoughts that you have in your mind. You make new inventions as well as attract the outcomes that you are in. Every thing that exists on the physical plane is a result of your thoughts. You are the creator of the effects that you physically see, feel, touch and hear and taste.

“You are in an Eternal Moment of Self creation and Self fulfillment through the process of Self expression. You have drawn the people, the events, and circumstances of your life to you as tools with which to fashion the Grandest Version of the Greatest Vision you ever had about yourself. This process of creation and recreation is ongoing, never ending and multi-layered. It is all happening right now and on many levels”.
— Quote by Neale Donald Walsch from Conversations with God Book II

Yet despite all the beauty, love and joy that we know can exist, we are often faced with misery, strife and unhappiness in our surroundings. What has happened so far is that we feel separate from one another. We argue, fight, get jealous and destroy our relationships because we do not think of ourselves essentially as One. We are ego rather than spirit driven.

As such, we have unfulfilled dreams for peace, love and happiness. Our innermost desires are of countries co-operating, less poverty, a drop in racial discriminations, no terrorism and an evergreen Mother Earth. We wish for more abundance, which includes having all the money that we can spend, as well as leading more fulfilling lives.

Here is where an understanding of metaphysics and the natural laws of the Universe helps. We know that it is very possible to make all that has been mentioned a reality, through using our mind. Why we have not succeeded lies in the lack of conscious awareness in using our thoughts with pure intent and focused attention collectively.

My Planet Of Dreams

I decided to spend my weekend, indulging in my dreams of a better world, an ideal planet that is pleasant and a joy to inhabit in. Deep in thoughts, I created some new images using my Photoshop software.

A Green Earth
Pollution is destroying the ozone layer of this planet. So, my wish is for an Earth that has plenty of trees, fresh air and responsible inhabitants. See the image of palm trees right at the top of this post.

A Planet of Abundance

My Abundance Vision Planet represented what I personally would like to have more of “love, wealth, spirituality, inner wisdom and peace. My inner home has a physical home – a private sanctuary set in tranquil surroundings – a dream that I am currently working towards.

Abundance Vision Planet

A Planet of Beauty
I would like a planet with plenty of natural charm. I chose to depict it with a flower that blooms in the warmth of sunlight. Its pure white petals open to reveal the Universal secrets of all beauty within.

Beauty Within

Planet of Experience
The experience on Earth is an experience of different cultures, seasons and scenery. I have many travel dreams because I simply enjoy the experience of experiencing this planet. Below is an edited picture of Hong Kong Disneyland taken two years ago, where I stood in front of the Sleeping Beauty castle with my daughter, Min.

Planet Vacation

A Dream of One World
I’m also taking the opportunity to feature a picture from Beijing Olympics posted by Ligadier Truffaut on Flickr, in my hope for a One World.

One World

Power of Group Consciousness

The solution for more peace and harmony on this planet lies in reconnecting back to Source for at Source, we are One. And the only way to do this is to go within. We choose to align to our Soul Purpose. We do the things that create more togetherness; more love ensues. We change ourselves first to influence group consciousness.

“The thing to remember: Consciousness is everything, and creates your experience. Group consciousness is powerful and produces outcomes of unspeakable beauty or ugliness. The choice is always yours.

If you are not satisfied with the consciousness of your group, change it. The best way to change the consciousness of others is by your example. If your example is not good enough, form your own group and you be the source of the consciousness you wish to experience. They will when you do.

It begins with you. Everything. All things.

You want the world to change? Change things in your own world.”

— Quote by Neale Donald Walsch in Conversations with God Book II

Collectively if we can work as a group, there is more power. Hence, let us leverage on the multiplier effect of group consciousness, by spending a moment co-creating in silent thoughts. I ask for your assistance right now in quietening your mind and making the same pure intent for more joy, love and beauty in the world.

Share Your Dreams For This World

Well, would you also have other hopes and dreams not mentioned here? How would you like your planet to look like? What magnificence or new invention would you like to see?

You’d never know what miracle the online community can help create, once you’ve voiced out your thoughts here on this blog. If you’ve got a personal desire that will serve humanity, I’m pretty sure that you’d find greater support in group consciousness! Hence, do share your innermost hopes and let us all intend for them together!

@Writer Dad, allow me to quote Kung Fu Panda “There is no charge for awesomeness… or attractiveness.” :-)

@Matt, thanks for your feedback!! I’m glad that you’ve enjoyed this post and the pix too!

Well, Evelyn,

Beautiful post and fabulous pics (as always).

I too dream of world unity. Unfortunately, there are some people who are suspected of plotting a different type of One World government, all for the sake of power and controlling the masses.

Knowing you, I’m certain that a power trip by a group of elitists is NOT what you meant.

The concept that we all are one is such a universal truth. Too bad our little human egos get in the way so much!

Beautifully done, as usual –
Brennan

Thank you for a thought-provoking post.

@Brennan, what? Is there a group of elitists plotting to take over the world currently? I didn’t know that! I sure don’t mean creating a One World, which is power and ego driven by a small group of people. On a personal basis, I’m working hard to remove my own ego…LOL!!

Thanks for your feedback!

@Vered, aye to no terrors and wars!

@Shilpan, I’ve found that if I can set aside my ego, I often experience compassion for another party. It’ll be lovely if we can work all towards that! I can only see good coming out from a lifting in group consciousness.

Hello! Enjoyed your beautiful visuals and post to go with them. Have you read anything of Theodore Roszak (Voice of the Earth, etc.)? His ecopsychology seems to be exactly in line with what you are describing. G.

@Grace, no…I’ve not heard of him. Ecopsycnology? This is a new term for me. I’m going to google it. Thanks for sharing!

Hi Evelyn,

I agree. Collectively more can be done than individually. I love you ideas for a green planet, plus a planet of abundance, beauty, and experience. The dream of one world is the ideal, isn’t it?

Thankyou Evelyn for doing your bit for creating a beautiful world for us all! And they are lovely images.

I dream of a world where everyone is so happy and excited about the things going on in their life and around them that there is simply no room for the jealousies and power struggles that lead to wars and strife.

I Evelyn – What an awesome post. I love what you have created with photoshop. And the Bejing Olympics pics was an awesome one.

I would love to see a world with more balance. I would like to see less exploitation of third world countries, by large corporations and supermarkets.

And I think this can happen, if millions of individuals vote with their feet rather than follow the crowds. We are allowing these large companies to exploit others by using their services. And we can make a choice not to.

Evelyn – I have started shopping at the smaller shops and markets. It doesn’t take any more time than it takes to wander round a huge store. Plus my shopping bill is much lower.

By the way – thanks for the free book link. I’ve filled in my details and I’m looking forward to reading it.

Evelyn, I love this! Your “Planet of Dreams” – it’s a magnificent dream, and one that I, like many, agree with. That you share it here is awesome – awesome, in that we all become aware of your dreams, and how they coincide with our dreams – and we have the power of a group!

As well, you have wonderful pictures you have created to envision your dreams!

Thanks for sharing this all here!

I’m with Vered and Cath Lawson. Although I don’t agree that there is a “law” of attraction — I can think of many things that I have held in my mind, focused intensely on, learned about, yearned for, even prayed for, that didn’t happen, and not just the selfish ones, either.

Barbara, Robin, Harmony, Cath, Ahmad, Tom, Lance & Dot,

Thanks for joining the party here!! I’m not surprised that all of us are wishing for the same in terms of more love, peace, joy, happiness, selflessness, generosity, abundance and beauty. Yes…a One World sounds ideal but is it really not possible? Let’s have more faith and trust in the process. I dare propose that we have already begun intending on a group basis, just by you writing down your comments here!

Dot, don’t stop making those prayers! Because you’ve got more friends joining in now, in working collectively!

In love, light and truth,
Evelyn

Hi Evelyn – this was an AWESOME post! It really fills me with positivity and optimism.

I won’t sound original with my response because Shilpan said much of what I wanted to say. I also want to see a planet where there is peace, love, and a sense of community. I sincerely do believe world peace is attainable at some level, but it will take hard work and patience to achieve it and to sustain it.

Evelyn,

The pictures are GREAT! Planet of Beauty has got to be my favorite. I had the Beijing Olympics theme song “You & Me” playing in my head for days … this post has just made it a more complete experience for me. :)

Gorgeous post, Evelyn and your photos are amazing!

My dream is for all children to be born healthy and into families where they are loved and nurtured and told how incredibly unique and special they are.
I dream of a world where all people are created and treated equally. Where you can succeed based on your own gifts, not according to where and to whom you were born.
I dream of a planet that is thriving and water which is clean and wildlife which is respected and given its place in the world.
I dream of a world where we allow others to follow whatever faith and lifestyle they choose and we do not feel threatened because our choices are not the same as everyone else’s.
I dream of a world where we lend a helping hand and look for the best in others, not the worst.
I dream that love is greater and more pervasive than fear.

Thank you for this opportunity to fill my day with peace and hope, Evelyn.

Kelly x

@Al, you said “I sincerely do believe world peace is attainable at some level, but it will take hard work and patience to achieve it and to sustain it.” Let’s leave out the buts here, at least for now or today. Let’s just intend together! No one can truly tell what the future holds!

@Effortless Abundance, I guess you’d like this picture best :-) Your name says it all!

@Irene, thanks for your lovely feedback. I have a thing for flowers. I’m glad you like that one too! I got to listen to that song again. I have a vague memory of how it sounds like but remember it to have quite a nice tune to it.

@Kelly, I read your words out aloud and strangely, I felt a tingling sensation throughout my arms and legs. My guess is that your words resonated with every cell in my body. They are my thoughts too and you’ve articulated them well. Thank you for sharing them!

Love, light and truth,
Evelyn

Your message of being One stand clearly out. I also think this is the key. I just happened to post something similar, expescially in the comments on my own blog: http://www.awakeblogger.com/2008/08/personal-power-vs-the-power-of-now-aka-mind-vs-spirit/

Oneness is definately in the consciousness of many people now. I believe that it has the power to heal and unite without any borders.

[Reply]

Evelyn September 1, 2008 at 2:44 am

Myrko, is Oneness really in the consciousness of many people now? I think we need to help spread the message more because at the moment while more people are awakening to it, we are still experiencing power struggles, selfishness and strife. In the case of disagreements which happen frequently in our daily lives, we can also do more by asking ourselves if it is because we are feeling Seperate from one another. When we can realize this, our fault finding or unreasonable complaints about each other will just drop.
