The subject of cards and readings keep coming up for me. It is not currently a part of my daily practice..but am rethinking that now. Someone recently had me draw and animal medicine card. I drew the hummingbird-messenger for joy and laughter into the world. And I was so surprised at the power of its insight. So here you go, getting me thinking again. I think I may be off to look at some today to see which ones speak to me! You are awesome. Evelyn!

I have had my cards read once or twice, but wasn't in that mode and so essentially 'ignored' the message, except the obvious. Now I'm more aware .. and believe there are Angels and there is more to life than I know (being of the practical sort) .. but I'll ask Janice, a lady who practises Reiki, yoga, butterfly massage etc with my mother as she will know & may practise them herself. Oddly I answered 'courage' earlier on on my breath in and 'patience' on my breath out in Jan Lundy's blog "Awake is Good. Blogspot" and Janice had left me a note re my Mother being frightened and wanting courage - her faith is extremely strong even now she's confined to bed 2.5 years .. so there's some link there I guess.
