I am so glad that you like the butterfly and the globe. I spent so much time on the header that I was not sure if it was really worth my effort. @Mike, I like the idea of stirring the pot. I like the theme, and I'm a big fan of thesis, I had a few of my clients get it recently due to it being that sleek and professional. The only thing I recommend is that you set-up a logo for the site rather than just having text. That's just me though, I hope it works out well for you.
