It sounds like an outrageous claim?!!! A reader to my site by the name of Frederic commented on my last post, saying that he was able to remove chronic pain with hands-on healing in as little as one minute. In my last post on Emotional Secrets to the Physical Body, I had written about my knees failing on me, triggered by a series of snow skiing classes.
With a claim like that, I was intrigued. He is guaranteeing that he can cure me from a distance too? Not one to miss out on a great opportunity, I wrote to him. If you suffer from physical pains, then do read on to find out more about his diagnosis of my knees, how he drastically reduced my pains and to determine what you can do for yourself……
The Comments That Got Me Intrigued
For easier reading, I am copying what he wrote in his first comment to my last post…
It is beautiful to see that some of you have made the connections between your perceived reality and your physical reality. It takes courage to look at ourselves and honestly searching for the roots of our issues.
Long time ago I created the emotional site chart of the body. For each painful area and organ of the body, which includes “dis-eases” there is an emotional or false perception of reality. Healing is the removal of this false belief, it can take just a few seconds (which is called miracles by those who do not understand) or a few minutes. Just two weeks ago a friend called me with an unbearable back pain which she had sustained all day. I told her that I had only three minutes since my baby was due for her bottle. There is no waiting for a hungry baby:) After addressing the issue it was gone in three minutes.
Your knee issues are more precisely related to specific struggles. I have many times assisted in the removal of chronic pain in just a few minutes, sometimes in as little as one minute. I don’t want to bore anyone in the explanation of the process which is so simple.
My goal is to help and teach others to be in control of themselves and their destinies. Healing is the first step to undertake to have self-ownership, and in this I wish you all the bliss of self discovery.
The truth: You cannot be more perfect then by being yourself. Healing is the process of removing everyone else affecting you and embracing the truth. With love, Frederic
Frederic’s Diagnosis Of My Knees And Steps For Healing
(I emailed Frederic a picture of my left knee, describing the exact location of the pain. Frederic’s instructions are as follows…please note that I am not sure if the same set of instructions apply to all…perhaps Frederic can answer this question…..)
First, check your knees, score the level of pain before reading on.
LEFT KNEE PAIN on a scale of 1 to 10
RIGHT KNEE PAIN on a scale of 1 to 10
Let’s start with the cause and connections. It needs to make sense to you to do the healing yourself since I can not do it for you. READ AND LISTEN TO YOUR HEART ECHOING TRUTH OR NOT. Re-read each sentence twice very carefully absorbing the meaning.
The most pain being your left knee the cause is rooted in:
1. Being pulled by the past, yet everything about you wants to embrace the present and a new vision for yourself. The pain reflects the struggle to get away, change directions. Something, someone is holding you back and it takes a lot of emotional energy to get away.
The truth: Just know that you are winning, you are feeling freer everyday, it is a fact and it shows by your actions, your success in touching people.
TAKE THREE DEEP BREATHS AND SIGH MEANINGFULLY. RE-READ THE TRUTH
2. There might be someone very close to you for whom you feel responsible and there is a struggle with it. I want to say a child or a parent. On this one I think you are faced with circumstances not controlled by you uniquely. Stand your ground, do not compromise and be courageous. GROW IN CONFIDENCE.
The right knee pain is related to the left only by the weight you feel, or more precisely the sense of obligation to grow and move forward to claim your life and realize your vision.
The truth: in you are the seeds of freedom already growing and nothing can stop them, you, to shine. You already have done most of the work but still feel as if you need to fix more of yourself. You don’t. There is nothing wrong with you, only right, just embrace it.
RE-READ THE TRUTH. TAKE THREE DEEP BREATHS AND SIGH MEANINGFULLY.
TEST YOUR KNEES AGAIN USING THE SCALE OF 1 TO 10.
First Round Of Q&A
Evelyn: Thanks for your response. My apologies for taking so long to reply. I am about 12-13 hours ahead of you, in case you are not aware that I come from Singapore (a city island in Asia).
Frederic: I am from France originally but I write to you from Knoxville, Tennessee in the U.S. I have traveled to many countries but have never been to Asia. You do not need to apologize for the time delay.
Evelyn: When I woke up this morning, I still had remaining pains that continued on my left and right knee. As I walked, I could feel as if my bones were shifting and not quite fixed together (not sure if you know what I mean).
Frederic: Yes I understand. You may have either torn ligaments or they are loose. Regardless of the physical conditions they can heal.
Evelyn: I tried out what you suggested. So I started the exercise with a left knee pain score of 7. For a while, nothing seemed to have changed. I was sitting down by the PC to follow your instructions. Then, I decided to try walking. I did feel better!!
However, as I walked more and more, the pains came back when I moved my legs at certain angles. Still, there is no denying that the pains were very much reduced. I cannot fully stretch out my left leg but it is definitely much better than before. I also found that as I continue to repeat your statement to release, it helps.
Frederic: The truth wipes out the cause of struggle which creates weakness and in-jury. The statement is only the truth, the real you. Next to finish the healing process you need to do something physical. It is like signing a contract with yourself that you are anew and reborn with a new identity, the better you.
Evelyn: Theoretically and consciously, I am not sure whether I agree with your deduction that someone is holding me down. If anything, it is myself. All blocks to greater success or becoming a fuller person is self-generated. So yes…I am working on myself to break any self-imposed limits.
Frederic: Be gentle with yourself. Yes all blocks come from a perceived reality for which you have controlled but you have been conditioned to think a certain way or grabbed on the emotions of your parents as we all have. Part of these emotions and hurtful events conditioned you to respond in wanting to find your own voice.
Listen to your heart, not your mind. Our mind loves to distract us from the truth about what is honestly going on, after all it created this great illusion of pain.
The greatest challenge for you is to allow yourself to feel not to analyse. You are working on yourself and I applaud your courage and determination but why making it a fight? The discord will dissolve itself as you embrace the truth about who you are.
Evelyn: My diagnosis is that I have forgotten to stretch sufficiently before my snow skiing classes, inadequate exercise, and my initial not wanting to attend classes.
Frederic: The weakness wasn’t created by snow skiing it was already there waiting to manifest itself. Yes every pain is an opportunity to find out something new of ourselves and to grow in freedom. That is all they are, opportunities.
Evelyn: What is this form of healing modality called? It seemed pretty similar to EFT or the Sedona Method. However in your case, you have linked the part of the body directly to the emotions that are blocked.
Frederic: This is just a very basic approach to healing and becoming free. This is just a little step in the process. I am not familiar with any other methods. My life pursuit is to remove the cause of pain and give the tools to be in control of our destinies, by showing the way. Healing is just a speck in the process, which facilitate the spiritual journey. Pain is a great distraction to our journey.
Remaining Exercises To Complete Recovery Process
Frederic also required me to perform another series of exercises for permanent emotional release and some stretching. My initial scoring of my knee pains went down from 7 to almost nil with following his set of instructions, during the phone call.
Here are excepts of the call and the Q&A that followed thereafter….
Evelyn: I hate to admit it but I am sensing my reluctance to score a zero.
Frederic: You will need to completely release all your negative emotions and to let go, in order to get it down to zero. When breathing out, visualize a complete release. Be ready to embrace a new You! The skepticism is natural in most people.
Evelyn: Still I need to thank you for how you’ve assisted me. You have helped me to drastically reduce (or eliminate) any remaining pain. Do you offer consultations? How can people contact you?
Frederic: Thank you for doing this, it will impact many people. If you would like let’s just use my name at this point. I do not sell products other than personal spiritual and physical growth and self help tools through private consultation. Eventually, I hope to offer workshops.
My Review
“Pain is an illusion created by an emotion which is also an illusion, as nothing can be more perfect than who we are when we are free.
— Frederic”
Thanks to Frederic, my knees made a huge jump in improvement. I am not sure if I agreed with the exact deduction of my problems. I certainly do not have anyone with whom I feel obliged to or overly responsible for. Neither is there someone who is holding me back. If anything, all limits are self imposed.
I went along with his suggestions nonetheless. Strangely, whatever he suggested I do, appeared to work. I realized that I would score my pain differently each half of the day or when I just awake in the morning. But my scores are decidedly lower since seven hours ago when I made the call with him. It is almost nil for most part and at odd angles, I score any knee pain to below 5s.
The conversation with him also made me recall about Louis Hay’s work in You Can Heal Your Life. I have lent out my single copy to a girlfriend months ago and forgotten all about it!
He advised more rest, however. “By the way it will take three days to completely remove the physical trace of pain and emotions from your knees, and a few weeks for the shape of your knees to change.”
So it is still early days yet. With each series of emotional healing whether by Frederic’s method, EFT or karmic cleansing, I believe that I have gained much ground in letting go much of the dense emotions. Well, let’s see if I make it back for snow skiing classes soon enough. Once again, wish me luck!!
Your Feedback Please
1) Do you any thoughts about the method of healing suggested by Frederic?
2) If you have a specific pain issue regarding a particular body part, how about posting it here? As I have found out, there are no prizes for being shy!! You have to ask in order to receive. Frederic appeared out of nowhere to offer me another perspective in emotional release. I’m betting that Frederic will be nice enough to respond to what you need to do for greater relief *wink*

Hi Evelyn,
Thank you so much for sharing. I always enjoy reading your blog and journey.
Do you know if Frederic’s method works the same for, lets say problems in other areas in ones life (relationship with others, financial, career etc.) not just physical?
Agree with you that all limits are self imposed and we took in the beliefs and emotions from our peers as children and made them into our own, some got created by the way we “understood” our experiences.
I want to share a thought that came through meditation one day:
“We are here to discover who we are, deep down in our core. By taking the layers of beliefs, limiting system, that has been accumulated through years & life times, we will finally stand there bare. Bare, to be able to do what our soul – our deepest core of ourselves – wants to do, which is who we are.”
Thank You Evelyn for being an amazing person and an inspiration.
Love You,
Rev. Mary Madeline

This completely interests me! As a reflexology practitioner I know the body is connected with the nerves, I would love to see his map of the body dealing with the emotional spots. See how it correlates to things I’ve found in clients! Does he have a web site my friend?

Very interesting post Evelyn. I really liked the way that you formatted the post, it came out great.

Dear Evelyn,
What a beautiful format and testimonial. Yes I would be glad to assist anyone welcoming growth. It is hard to be spiritual when we are hurting. Being successfull financially, physically, and in our relationships to others and our world is being spiritual.
I would like to bring a ray of hope to everyone, pain does not have to be permanent, it just doe not have to be at all. If you allow me I will show you how to be yourself by starting with healing. It is hard to learn how fast we can run when just crawling hurts so much.
Mary Madeline:
Thank you for being who you are. You are spot on. Yes everything about us from finance to relationship is an expression of our perceived reality, who we chose to be at the moment. If it is not the truth than we are not successful. I would be honored to assist you. You are known to have a great heart and sensitivity, it shows in your compassion.
Jenn:
In time I will release the chart. In the meantime I suggest you write patterns that you see between your clients’ injuries/pain development and the state of their affairs. (if you are close enough to them of course:). Also notice how their lives change in harmony with their healing.
What do you want for yourself……

Hi Evelyn: I believe strongly in the mind-body connection and definitely think that unresolved emotions can result in physical pain. However, you’ve mentioned that you don’t exercise, and putting more strain on your body than it’s used to will likely result in pain and perhaps even injury. Definitely explore what underlying issues may have exacerbated your knee problem, but you need to get your body in shape if you want to engage in a challenging sport like skiing.
[Reply]
This is very interesting to me – bookmarked for when I do injure myself in some way…I’ve never stopped to think about how or why it’s hurting me, just that it is. Hmm..
[Reply]
Like Marelisa, I believe in the mind-body connection, but in the case of a sports injury would likely look for the physical cause rather for an emotional one.

What a wonderful collaboration, you two! And so well presented. Thank you!
Evelyn, you mentioned Louise Hay’s book. To anyone unfamiliar with it, it’s a terrific keeper. That was my foundation for healing a couple herniated discs in my neck, completely avoiding the recommended surgery.
To Mary Madeline, I am one who believes these practices as Frederick so clearly describes are universally helpful. Instead of going through with an impending divorce several years ago, my husband and I are happier than ever.
Evelyn, since we’ll have plenty of opportunities on our life journeys to practice healing ourselves on several levels, thank goodness there are people like you, and Frederick, too, to remind us how we can do it!

Hi Evelyn – What a fascinating story. In years past I would have been skeptical, but as I’ve grown and educated myself in different areas, I believe our minds are far more connected with our bodies than I previously thought. I remember when I was reading about the law of attraction and the subject of quantum physics was discussed, a light bulb came on. Since then I’ve realized how powerful our thoughts can be.
P.S. What great news. Your knee is “healed”.
[Reply]
The articles are interesting. I had an injury recently at workplace which injured my right eye. As a result, I am having glaucoma meaning raised intraocular pressure in the eye. It is treated with eye drops. If the eye drops cannot controlled, then surgery. I am trying to avoid surgery. This alternative methods do ring a bell in me as whther I like it or not, theyre are alot of covert and overt family feuds n quarrels. Family members tend to became very self righteous, they take the role of judge and jury even when one of them is sick. Sorry, when i want support, i see more dysfunctionality, ego and non compassion. So i have to try to recover from ythis glaucoma and move on.
Wishing for ideas which will work
Thanks

@Frederic, thanks for helping me to answer the questions and blog comments posted here while I was away attending my snow skiing class!! I still need to keep watch over my knees but am glad to be able to at least be able to make it back for classes.
@Marelisa, I have been going to the gym prior to my snow skiing classes. However, as you know, the snow skiing posture is totally different and hence I had to work extra hard on my knees now. As I reflected further, I realize that I could have strained my knee years ago when I was water skiing and wake boarding, Frederic’s perspective is also a fascinating one: that the pain was just waiting to manifest itself for the opportunity to learn.
@Matthew, thanks for bookmarking this post. Personally, I think it is valuable in the perspective of how we can release our “stuck” emotional blocks to heal our physical body. I don’t see many blogs discussing this.
@Vered, I’d look at both – physical and emotional. But before moving on to the physical and taking Xrays and all, I’d like to explore the perspective that releasing our emotions may be the only solution needed.
[Reply]
@Julie, oh wow…you managed to cure a couple herniated discs in my neck without going through a recommended surgery? I really need to get my book by Louis Hay back!! Thanks too for recognizing what Frederic and myself are trying to do here: turning our challenges and blocks to lessons for learning for all!! As mentioned, my view is that there are no prizes to being shy or embarrassed. Everyone gets to benefit when we share and learn from each other!!
@Barbara, let’s say that we share the same past of being skeptical. Like you, a light bulb went on when I first watched The Secret. I was led onto a journey and through a combination of seeking, blogging, and investigating, discovered so much more about myself and who I am.
@Man, okay…let’s see if Frederic can give you a possible explanation!! I’d highlight to him about you if he does not respond.

Hi Evelyn
Glad you have found some relieve already. I believe Frederic is practising what Dr. Joseph Murphy wrote “The Power of the Subconscious Mind”. Creating peace with our inner self to take control of our conscious mind.
I have been having a rather painful right big toe and a milder pain on the left for the past week due to my bunions. I have an appointment with orthopedic surgeon next Saturday to check out this problem.
As I read your post, I kinda did the exercise that Frederic prescribed. I believe I do have the exact problems that Frederic described in #1 & #2. Well, I’m riggling my toes and sincerely, I’ve felt some relieve already. I’ll keep my options open for time being. I’ll update you on my self-healing progress after my appointment with the surgeon.
Thanks for sharing Frederic’s method with all of us. Let’s get well together.

Dear Evelyn,
Thank you for the kind comment.
To Man,
you made some good observations. When we struggle with what is in front of us we lose the ability to see it in order to survive, particularly if we feel stuck. It is a protective mechanism. The right eye has to do with the present, not something that happened in the past but that you see days in days out. Injury stands for the jury inside. The way we perceive or judge our reality create the physical weakness and the opportunity to hurt ourselves. Nothing is permanent unless we hold the emotion which will create a chronic condition. I can help you, but you are going to face your fear as you will need great courage. I promise that I will be there for you if you are willing to do the work. I know that you fear to break away, everyone does, but you know you have to. To help with getting the strength to move on start doing some push ups… Easy at first, be gentle. You will need to do some lat pull down or assisted pull ups as well. By doing these exercises you will grow your strength in pushing away stress (control of others on you), and will find ways to see and go toward the light. I can explain the science behind it but it would take too much space. DO NOT HOLD YOUR BREATH as it would add pressure to your eyes. Breathe freely accentuating the inhalation, mouth open. Stay relaxed. Work your abs to develop your courage and go for walks or light jog everyday, you will feel lighter. Spend some time alone as it is only then that you can hear your own heart beat. If this resonnate with you, we will be in touch. There are things very powerful that I can give you to do to make an instant difference, do your “home work first”. You deserve to be happy and most of all recognize for your virtues and quality. If only pwople knew how much you apply yourself to do a good job…
[Reply]
Hi Evelyn, there’s nothing that Frederic said with which I can disagree. Clearing emotional blocks can only help to release the pain and hurt to clear the space required to attract abundance into our lives. I think Frederic has done a good healing service for you, and I’m so glad you’re feeling well enough to go back to your lessons.
Peace,
Christopher

Please share with us what you felt when reading the comment posted for your benefit. I will contact you through your website as well. Thank you for you for the blessing:)
Wenny Yap:
Thank you for your courage to help yourself. Any memory loss lately? Sometimes hard to think, stay focussed? Start rubbing downward first breathing out like a sigh than upward (your foot where the bunion is). It will be painfull at first, so what, be gentle and go softly. Pry your big toe away gently as you rub it and breathe freely. A few weeks of this, everyday, ten minutes and you will be amazed… regardless of what the doctors say. Do not let anyone make you feel as if you are less than mentally capable (particularly the “loved ones”, no one. You like to read, so read things that challenge you just for the fun of it, not the novel kind. I applaud your courage. Let us know how this goes.

Hello Christopher, I believe that you are already practicing much of what Frederic is espousing….so there is no need for you to heal yourself as there is nothing physically wrong that is showing up…LOL!!

Beautify story and happy ending! … Or this just the begining?
> the emotional site chart of the bod
Where can we find this?
At the end of the day, we’re our own best healers. Our bodies, minds, emotions are powerful stuff when we unleash our potential.
I’m open to all sort of patterns and practices from around the world. I simply measure against results. I’ve seen a Shamanic journey turn a guy into a top archer on his team. I’ve seen a guy stick his hand into a fire under hypnosis. I’ve had a doctor put me in a cast when I broke my hand. It’s all good.
The trick is to fill your toolbox with a variety of options so you don’t have to use a hammer for all occasions.
I think integration is the key. It’s the same with personal development. I used to wonder why some personal development approaches were irrelevant or inneffective. Then I realized I didn’t have a frame. Once I realized that I could organize techniques byr thinking, feeling, doing, I could find the right tool for the job. Sometimes I need a new thought pattern. Sometimes I need a new technique for action. Sometimes I need a new mindset.

Hmm, it’s very interesting that this post should appear after I’ve been praying for some help with all the issues I’m dealing with. One of them is chronic pain — 18 years now, with only a handful of days that were pain-free. In fact, I’ve been saying to myself, “Why does everything that happens to me cause more pain?” Obviously, I’m not helping myself with that statement, but it gets overwhelming at times.
I have fibromyalgia muscle pain apparently caused by decreased circulation to the brain’s pain control areas, arthritis, sinus headaches, and sciatica and other pain caused by pinched nerves that goes from severe to nothing and back. Also constant fatigue and depression.
Evelyn, thanks for your courage in posting these things. Frederic, any help that you can offer will be gratefully received and implemented. Feel free to visit my blog if you wish by clicking on my name.
Best wishes to you both,
Dot

Hi Fredric,
Reading your comment to my post, was right on in that I am very sensitive to others emotions and other sometime sees me as either naive or good hearted, because I (used to always) offer my help. Then I learned how to “protect” myself and know when an emotion is mine or the other person I am talking to, being around or thinking off. Also have learned that it’s OK to say No. I have used many different healing modalities through the years and healed my physical self and relationships with others. Now I am working on my relationship with money. So reading you comment – tells me you are also very intuitive to others . . . actually I can tell by the blog. = )

Evelyn,
Thank you for creating such an opportunity through your sharing and your willingness to help others.
J.D,
Thank you for your nice comment. I will be making the chart available soon. The chart itself is not as important as taking care of ourselves with the blockages we have. Too much information can be a distraction from experiencing our own growth. Slowing down the body, the mind is necessary to become aware of the emotional noise within us.
Dot,
Thank you for being so honest. The only time that I can’t help someone is when they do not accept their struggle and want to project an image of being just fine. You are beautiful and it would be my honor to help. NOTHING IS PERMANENT, not even your pain and symptoms. When we don’t feel as if we fit in our environment and we struggle daily we develop crippling disease to limit our freedom of physical expression (since it is the way we feel inside). It is recognise that Arthritis is an auto immune disease. You are fighting yourself. Dear Dot, you are doing all this for no reason of your own, this comes from many years ago, you might remember. The most important thing to do at this time is breathe fully, all the time. Go for walks and breathe. Be courageous for this one, remove anything that is negative in your life including relationships and stuffs at home that brings you down. Get rid of old things please, clear the way! THere is more but start there. I will help you if you allow me. Beautiful comment, thank you again.
George,
Thank you for your comment… how is the job going?
Everyone,
I do not use anything that doesn’t work right away. I can’t post everything here, but let your heart feel if there is more to this than just healing. Who are you! Are you being yourself truly, or what the world has made of you. I wish for you to claim and own yourself. Healing is just to get rid of everything that does not belong to the Truth and creates dis-eases. In this you have a friend in me. Most importantly, be honest with yourself, how do you feel, what are your struggles, and don’t you want to shine, finding fulfillment? We all strive to go home, find peace with ourselves and the world. It is now, no more waiting, today is it, time to grow, time to reach the heights of our potential. If you’re willing let’s take on this journey together. Healing is the first step to free ourselves. Please share your experiences with us, it will bring hope to everyone. I am grateful to Evelyn for allowing me to assist everyone of you. Many blessings to all.

I know a little bit about knee pain. I’ve had my ACL torn and rebuilt three time. (Two stupid ski accidents, and one soccer injury). Not to mention at least 2 cartilage tears in between. Iv’e had a total of five surgeries.
What’s causing my knee pain? I pretty much can guess: All of the above. It has nothing to do with my emotions or past feelings. It’s physical damage.
Even sitting now at my desk, my knees are bent and they hurt a bit.
But it doesn’t bug me. It’s just there in the background, and your mind gets used to it. It never goes away, you just forget it’s there.

Evelyn and Frederic – what a wonderful example of healing! Our body is an amazing device, and you’ve shown the connection between our mind and body, and how powerful this can be! @Friar, OMG…it sounds bad!! Five surgeries?? Come to think of it, my wakeboarding and waterskiing buddy also injured himself years ago, doing stunts. I doubt that his are emotional causes either. Neither is it a case of not doing enough exercises or stretching prior to the sessions on water. He was and still is a fitness freak!!
@Lance, thanks so much for your warm support!! I’m definitely going to have a good time in Hokkaido, come what may!!

@Evelyn
Well, it’ s annoying, but it’s not the end of the world, I pretty much do the same activities that I used do to (except I ski a bit more sensibly…no jumps!) And I’ve decided to give up running (too much pounding, not enough cartilage left).
I just get more stiff and sore after excercise, and pop a few more Advils.
Sometimes I think we humans aren’t’ made to walk upright. Our knees don’t’ seem to be designed for all these extreme sports we like to do!
(How many other primates do you see go wake-boarding or skiing?)

Hi Evelyn – this is awesome stuff. I’ve not tried it myself but my husband’s grandmother can heal people, just by touching them. His brother had an accident and he was in a lot of pain. She just touched him on the place it was hurting and the pain went – totally amazing.

@Friar, you are still skiing after what you’ve been through?? I’m not sure that I’d like the idea of having to pop pain killers. You’re right. No other primates go wakeboarding or skiing. Someone should have invented some device that can help satisfy our urge for thrills but make it safe to do so. Oooops….maybe the fact that extreme sports are dangerous is what’s luring us. In which case, we are just asking for trouble!!
@Cath, your husband’s grandmother sounds amazing!! We need more of such people, including Frederic himself, around

Thanks for highlighting my attention to this!! I’m noticing more and more about how I am attracting stuff into my life and the synchronicities that are happening all at once!
@Glenn, I wouldn’t even venture to say that no pain will ever be felt in a case of broken bones, so long as we (our souls) are in the physical body. While Frederic believes that all pain arises from emotionally and therefore can be solved via his technique, I am skeptical about this view.
I’d always check intuitively if the pain arises from a physical or an emotional one. If it is emotional, I’d use my clearing methods be it EFT, the Sedona or Frederic’s. If I determine it to be a physical one, I may decide to get an Xray or something.
For my current knee issues, I have determined that mine is more emotional than physical. If I have resolved all there is about emotional and if the pain remains after more than a week, I may consult a doctor.

Glen,
Far more interesting is why someone would break a bone of theirs… If you embrace the concept of law of attraction or cause and effect, it must be extended to any in-juries. The Truth is about who we truly are that is free, fulfilled and never breaks a bone unless it is a learning process, a re-setting tool.
STORY: A few years ago one of my client came back from a horse ride in the woods with a multiple fractures of the wrist. His best friend, a doctor x rayed his wrist and told him that they were very bad fractures and that it would take a minimum of six weeks to mend, if no complications occured. He would have to be in a cast. I did a little “hands on” and told him what else to do. Two weeks later my client and friend had dinner and were talking about it. The doctor asked him if he was in pain and how he felt. THey decided to do another x ray to see if “my theory” had merit. THe doctor couldn’t believe his eyes. The fractures had nearly completely healed. My client had had no pain after the first couple of days working on him. At the time I had not made all the connections regarding the causes, but in retrospective it is now obvious.
SO YES EMBRACING THE TRUTH WILL SPEED UP HEALING AND STOP THE CYCLE WE ENCOUNTER IN OUR LIVES.
FRIAR,
I love to work with skeptical individuals. I don’t ask for blind faith far from it as what I do is a science of cause and effect. Food for thought; if you keep hurting yourself and live with pain, why do you feel the urge to keep going? What is the inner cause to do this to yourself? I am not saying to stop, far from it, only of the way you are doing it, the intensity behind it. I walked on a wire 30 ft high at night for a commercial ( I am no wire walker just knew I could do it), jumped in Smoky Mountains river when it was snowing and iced and countless other things, but never injured myself doing these. I don’t get colds, never sick, never a head aches. When I feel a tension I examine it honestly and pursue the cause. It never last. I speak of experience, there is a difference between doing amazing feats out of confidence, self control, understanding of the physical science and the need for thrills with limited awareness of ourselves putting us at risk, all this motivated by emotions and the need to feel alive. Don’t stop what you are doing it is your path to heal your knees. If you are interested to know more let me know.

Hi Evelyn,
I would not have believed this 2 years ago but since then my whole life has changed. It began, as you know with healing myself and has been QUITE the journey! Recently I became a Reconnective healing practitioner and in the last 2 years have studied so many natural healing modalities my mind is wide open to the possibilities of JUST how deep the mind/body connection goes. I have been giving distance healings with some amazing results and have been slowly learning to “let go” or EXACTLY HOW it all works and just be very grateful that it works. Thanks Evelyn, it is always amazing to hear of new techniques and I will look deeper into Frederic’s work.
Gratefully,
Jenny

Frederic,
Thank you for your response. This is a tall order — getting rid of the past and everything in my home that brings me down, but I can begin. I will also work on the breathing and walking. Yes, I remember very vividly the events happened long ago that caused me to be always fighting against myself. I would be glad if you helped, thank you!

Hi Evelyn,
Thank you and thank you Frederic, I have been laughing for the past 1/2 hour. Talk about beign stuck! My left shoulder, elbow, knee, and ankle are all hurting for various reasons…what ever it is from my past that I am not letting go of is really manifesting itself in pain and the perception of everything in my life being stuck. I can’t get normal things moving in my life…my heat pump needs replacing (I’m on my third mechanic), my job changes are not happening, my love live is nill…all of these I’ve been working on (including getting rid of all those things in my life I don’t need, like ex’s, toxic people, 15 trash bags of clothes) yet it is one step forward 10 steps back. Well, talk about the body reinforcing the mind! Apparently even my healing is stuck! I cannot wait for the dam to break open and my life to move forward again. This holding pattern is maddening even though I am learning so much…so you think the universe is adament about me taking a break? “You will not move forward until you are done with you…breathe!” Okay, even my period was stuck…had I had even one romantic interlude to be concerned about…but nooooo! But alas, now I have tapping and talking to my left side to add to my list of healing techniques..wish me luck!
Thanks so much for all the insights!
Cheryl

Hi Frederic & Evelyn
I am truly surprised! I do experienced some memory lapses and focus of late. I thought it was due to the excitement over my new found hobby, blogging that my mind is all over the place.
Thank you for encouragement. As it is now, since the last I wrote to Evelyn, the pain on my right toes has reduced tremendously to level 1. Ocassionally I do pry my toes away and rub my bunions but definitely not in such tender and relaxed mental state. I am going to exercise your instructions every night before I go to bed. I will keep you all updated soon. Thanks again.

Wenny Yap,
Thank you for sharing with us your great improvement and congratulation. We all have the power to change our circumstances and any success reinforces this. Very happy for you. Notice the subtle changes that happens in your perception as well.
Cheryl,
Thank you for sharing with us your experience. You have a lot going on but you have one of the most powerful tool on your side, humour. Ever laughed your emotions away, when most people would cry? Laughing, crying, shouting, talking are all mechanisms of breathing out and releasing emotions. Focus on one thing today. Get rid of the bags of clothes, it will make you feel better from knowing that you are done with this. Seeing everything that needs to be done is scary and overwhelming but it isn’t so when we are in the moment, in the doing. You are not stuck, just have too much burden, things you are hanging on. Forgiveness seems to resonate strong about you. You need to forgive so that you can move on. TAKE A BREATH. You deserve to be free, you feel trapped but part of it wasn’t set up by you alone… I think you know what I refer to. As you reclaim yourself you will start considering moving. Too many memories where you are… Keep the laughter going. I will be happy to assist if you allow me. One thing today that’s it and breathe like crazy while doing it. When you can do this (as often as you want to):Put your hands on your chest laying down with your elbows propped up (for comfort) and breathe deeply. Whatever comes up is ok, IT IS BETTER OUT OF YOU THAN INSIDE. I will be thinking about you.
Yes we can do our own miracles, we can heal since we have in us the blueprint for fulfillement. We know we can. This doesn’t mean that we need to ignore current sciences, medical, physics… Healing is part of the natural sciences, not understood by modern medecine only because human consciousness is not (in medecine) a large contributing factor. Do you believe in the Secret, the law of attraction, cause and effect affecting things that are outside of yourself? HOW MUCH MORE DO YOU THINK IS YOUR BODY DOING THE SAME BY REFLECTING WHAT YOU FEEL OF YOURSELF? The True essence of you is pure and at ease. Be loving to yourself and accept your own path of growth. Be gentle and enjoy your body by making it move. Embrace inhalations as if you were breathing pure light, exhale as if you were taking the garbage out. So what we feel overwhelmed, do one thing at a time, now. You have a light that deserve to grow, you wouldn’t be on this site otherwise. You had the power to create where you are, you have greater power to dissolve it.
Believing in you,
Frederic

Just a quick note to thank everyone for sharing of themselves. It takes great courage to do this in a blog. Being able to ask for assistance and speak of personal inflictions shows an open heart, which makes healing easy. Evelyn’s forum has opened doors for so many, it is a great blessings. The sharing of your thoughts empowers others, this is the greatest gift you can make to anyone, inspiration.

I’m sitting here with knee pain right now, what a coincidence.
I believe in the body’s ability to heal itself sometimes, which is why I go to a chiropractor for spinal adjustments..everything is tied to the spine..sometimes that’s all you need…with other things i opt for medicine.
[Reply]
Hello Natural, well if you are not going to the chiropractor for your knee pain this time round, how about giving the above exercises a try?
Once in a while, I find it nice to take on a new challenge, to try a new way of doing things….who knows I may just be on the doorstep of a new discovery that can get me faster and more effective results!! Would it be the same for you too *wink* ?

This is clearly going to seem impossible to some, but here goes: I read Frederic and Evelyn’s exchange out of idle curiosity–but as I was reading it, I became aware of a kind of vibration under my right knee cap, where I have had pain for twenty-five years. (Stairs are becoming impossible.) I was making no conscious effort to heal it, I was not doing the “exercises” prescribed, but as I read, the vibration continued–and it was not a feeling I had ever had before. To describe it, I can only say it felt as if something was going into the space under the kneecap, something flowing with warmth and comfort. It shocked me, but I was sure it would stop now that I was aware of it. It did not stop. So then, I thought, if this is a healing, then I’m going to help it along, so I did the “truth” exercises. The feeling continued for several minutes. I decided, hope against hope, to test it. I stood up, and had an intense urge to loosen up the tension in my shoulders. I shrugged and shook them for several minutes, surprised at the amount of tension that was there. When I felt better, I started to walk–no pain!! I tested the knee on one stair, up and down–still no pain! I climbed and descended a flight of stairs–still no pain!! In fact, the right knee was so painless, I became aware of the pain in the left knee for the first time!! (Obviously need to work on that one next.) When I sat down again, the feeling of vibration under the kneecap was gone, and in its place, there was a feeling on both sides of the knee, as if it were tightening–strengthening? Now this is only an hour or two ago, what happens next remains to be seen. This was not sought–but it was real, physical, amazing, and I am impressed. And truly excited at what this means for the other areas of my life.

Yelin, what an awesome testimonial from you!! I’m glad that you decide to read this article and follow the exercise. I’m also amazed on how fast healing took place from your knees that have stored 25 years of pain. Frederic has told me that you’ve written to him. I wish you continued healing and great health!!
Sincerely,
Evelyn

Hi Frederic,
I am endlessly encouraged by this post! I came to Hawaii to allow me to take in these lessons, and here they are in post. It occurred to me that I needed to get away, and then a house became available to me.
9 months ago I dislocated my left knee, however I work often enough to preclude the real recovery I am looking for. My knee gets tired after bike riding for several miles. I did yoga 3 times a week, and now only 3 times in the last 9 months. I’m afraid to twist the knee again.
How does your guidance work when your heart (not your head) is what wants to stay connected to the person? Though it may be the thing pinning one to the past. I wonder if I am in love with the past, or why I cannot let go of something that hurts me?
Anyway, I would be so proud of myselfif I could recover my knee and life returned to be amazing again.
Mahalo!
Sarah
