“Love is always bestowed as a gift – freely, willingly and without expectation. We don’t love to be loved; we love to love.”
- Leo Buscaglia

I have created some love coupons for your download (see link below). You can redeem them for yourself (or give the coupons to someone you love to redeem them with you). As the one redeeming the coupon, it means that you give yourself the permission to ask and to receive too. This is an act of self-love and self-care. The permission to ask and to receive is also an important practice for activating the Law of Attraction.
Love coupons are joyful, fun and convenient. They bring on smiles and laughter for both parties. You can also cash-in on them anytime. Whenever you are in the mood for a specific experience, simply cut off the appropriate coupon for use.
I received some very nice coupons from my two children for my birthday in December last year. The love coupons are about giving me time off, massages and even a blank one to fill in anything I want. In fact, the lovely gift from my girls sparked off the idea for creating free love coupons for your download. I have yet to redeem any of mine but I sure will be doing soon. (Thanks, my two lovely angels!)

Here are another 10 ideas for you:
- a weekend getaway;
- free car ride to your destination of choice;
- housework assistance;
- support of any kind;
- homework or project assistance;
- a song;
- a slow dance;
- heartfelt “I love you”;
- forgiveness for having acted unwisely;
- a scoop of chocolate ice-cream.
For creating different coupon booklets, you can also select various themes such as “Fun Activities”, “Romantic Experiences”, “Different Massage Styles”, “Types of Meals” and so on. Be creative and use your imagination to think of a spread of options for the individual coupons.

I love these, Evelyn, It’s important to treat ourselves to enchanting moments. Reward the mind, and the mind will reward you. A great way to reward the mind is to give ourselves these Mental Emotional / Spa Treatments. A good spa treatment gives our mind a comfortable sense of ‘at-home-ness’, a feeling of ease and relaxation. This immediately begins cleansing our consciousness of past woes; a vast purity remains. It prepares our minds for something fresh and new.

Coupons really are a great way … they open the door to possibilities, in a fun and playful way.
I like the bear hug.

Hi Evelyn,
Love coupons are a great idea and not just for Valentine’s Day!
For me, I would create a love coupon for cuddling and reading a book together in each other’s arms.
Thank you for sharing these lovely ideas!

Hi Irving,
Your idea sounds romantic, although I am not sure if much reading can be done together ha!
Love and abundance always,
